Slow, hotels are a mess
Just got to read the reviews on my NYC Times Square hotel and they are bad sounds more like 2 star hotel!! Wish Priceline had hig standards for the express deal Hope It’s not too much of a disappointment esp with the ?? Additional hotel fee for what….

I cant find better deals with any other app. last year I reached platinum status pretty quick. I thought the regulae desls on priceline were great. Just use it and get to platinum status and the deal are absolutely incredible. I use Priceline for all of my travel needs…. Flights, csrs, hotels. Simply the best!!!

I use the Priceline app frequently for booking hotel stays; I love it! It is easy to use, the rates are great and I have never had a problem canceling or changing my reservations!
I have to close the app completely and clear my cache in order to go back and see a different hotel once I’ve clicked on one just to read the reviews. I don’t like that.

I have been using Priceline for about eight years for most of my domestic flights, hotel, and car rental needs. Also used bundles, surprise deals in a booking and little benefits of “Gold” membership; however, email marketing is useless. While their bunch of coupons and offers sound so great they are always useless; with short periods and expire quickly. I wonder if they could have a system where we can submit our future plans then let them sending relevant coupons and discount offers instead of bunch of irrelevant offers.
Priceline is terrible it does nothing but take your money! Ive spent so much money on this app and still no deals or coupons this is a 3rd party app and is just here to take from you ! You receive no points towards another stay and the member level does nothing its trash as a frequent traveler im very disappointed in this app!

This is hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Priceline, you should be ashamed. Booked a motel in Texas through Priceline — looked fine online, but the second we opened the door, we were hit with a wall of nasty, chemical-smelling air… and cockroaches. Literal roaches crawling around the room. Disgusting. We took a video for proof and went straight to the front desk. The motel owner said, “Yeah, no problem, I’ll cancel and refund — but you have to go through Priceline first so I can confirm it with them.” So we did exactly that. We left immediately, booked another hotel, and figured we were good. We followed their rules. Wrong. It’s now been over a month, and I’ve had to call Priceline more than ten times. And every. single. time. I get the same excuse: “The motel hasn’t approved the cancellation, so we can’t do anything.” Are you kidding me? So if a motel just straight up ignores you, you’re telling me I’m just screwed forever? That’s your policy? You’re basically saying the customer has zero rights if the motel lies or flakes. That’s not a policy — that’s a scam. Even worse? Every time I call, your reps promise: “You’ll get an email update tomorrow or in 3-5 business days.” Not ONCE have I received a single update. Not one. No email. No call. Nothing. Zero communication unless I chase them down like a full-time job. Let me spell it out: •I paid for a roach motel I didn’t stay in. •I have video evidence. •I followed your process exactly. •And you’ve done nothing but waste my time for 30+ days. This isn’t just bad service. It’s borderline fraud. If you’re reading this and thinking about booking through Priceline — don’t. If anything goes wrong, they’ll leave you in the dirt and hope you give up. I’m not done yet though. I’ll keep fighting this, but everyone else? Run. Use literally any other site. Just not this one.
Booked a great car rental deal through Priceline. Flight was delayed, no option to change pickup time. But okay since the company’s posted hours were still within my arrival by 1 hour. Called for pickup on arrival only to get a message that they were closed until the am. Stranded at the airport at midnight, Priceline only gave me bots. They have not issued the refund that was promised
Priceline is a great job getting deals. So far I’ve been very happy. I highly recommend them.
Always changing the app. Sometimes you have full price with taxes others you don’t. When I search an area too many hotels are being shown out of that area first. Get some consistency. I use to get 20 percent coupons on express deals because I’m such a good customer. Now I only get 10 percent coupons and I use the app now more than ever.
No matter what hotel I book there’s always a catch. Sometimes I get 2 queens when I pay extra for the king and sometimes the hotel adds hidden fees. Never believe the price they give you. Been screwed many times by these discount apps.
I used Expedia once and had to rent a car at the airport because the one I rented thru Expedia didn’t show. And I still had to pay for it!!! I always use Priceline.
Recently booked a trip with an upgraded room, week before departure I get email with new itinerary and they reduced the room to bottom level available, called and got run around on top of run around. They did not honor the contract, many better 3rd party travel agencies that are superior.
They don’t care they don’t compensate they’ll take your money and put u anywhere for the same price as they room is at regular and if it’s trash your stuck! Come out your pocket and maybe we can talk to the hotel management! Garbage APP

I use Priceline for all my travel!
They will let You get a booking, you go to the hotel and they don’t have rooms, after waiting two hours in a call or wait for a call back which they might not even call you back, you lose your money, and just get a headache. One time they did refund it and then charge me again lol, bunch of scammers, go to Expedia
This site was easy to use. Many good options to choose from while reserving my rental car.

I find the best deals for hotels on Priceline. Use for last minute bookings with no cancellation and for future bookings with cancellation where price is higher but still the best deals you will find.
Was looking last minute for a solid hotel that had a pool and free parking for a huge event at Spooky Nook, and everything was over $150 plus tax. Was willing to go 10 miles out. Hit Priceline and found a great room for under $90 plus tax! Oh yeah, made my day!
I have been an avid Priceline user for at least 10 years or more and they have ALWAYS had the BEST RATES!!!! I can maybe think of 1 or 2 times they were out beat in pricing, but the moment I shared that information with their customer service their price was adjusted to beat the competition. I love Priceline‼️‼️‼️

I’ve been using Priceline for years and I find it to be the best option for travel purchasing. The VIP program is definitely worth it, but moreover the customer service is PHENOMENAL. Anytime there’s an issue I call them right away and they’re always super helpful and respectful.
Great great up to use wish they gave better discounts and would disclose deposits right upfront before you book for the most part I have had great experiences
Wasted my time on the phone for almost 2 hours trying to get Priceline to honor the 15% off discount on the site expiring April 14, 2025. The email subject and the top offer only mentioned the discount and Priceline site, nothing else. Once you click on it, it takes you to the more website and no 15% off on Priceline as a whole does not exist!!!! Rep and supervisor say it was only for hotels, but the add block did not say anything! Frustrating and disappointing!! Never getting anything here again!

I like that it shows the hidden fees on the checkout page, but you often click on a hotel, go through the entire process, then it tells you that it “just” sold out. Refresh and it’s still there.
They stole over 400 in cleaning fees then denied me service I would avoid Priceline like the black plague 0/10 if Apple Allowed it.

No way to change email address at Priceline. Customer service says create a new account and start over. You lose your VIP status.

Great site to book deals unless there is an issue. In my case the site represented a room as having 2 Queen Beds and Quad Occupancy, but a single Queen bed was confirmed. I called the day after booking to try and straighten it out as I noted the discrepancy on my confirmation. 6 calls later, 2 supervisors, and a few emails to a blind support emails documenting the error and they cannot resolve the issue. No one owns it. All offshore in the Philippines or Columbia, no number or direct emails. Each time you start over. I finally gave up and they informed me that I was now inside of the cancelation and would pay a penalty. When I called 3 days prior no penalty. Great. Cancel, CC charges to contest and a new reservation booked with the hotel directly with the proper bedding. Don’t waste your time to save a few $$, just not worth it.
