Great price, buggy app

I was able to get a great price on my flight ticket, but its been multiple versions and the app still crashes every time I try to load my trip details in my upcoming trips. This seems like a pretty big flaw to me that should have been addressed promptly.

I totally understand the theory behind Express Deal & Name-Your-Price, but there must be an option to make sure there are enough beds for a group of 2 or 3 guests. Some budget hotels only offer full-size beds that fit only 1 guest!

I like the application

Sometimes when its late at night I am kept up thinking about the intuitive design and exquisite inventory offered by this fantastic app. My dog Sparkles and I love searching for the biggest Express Deal savings we can find. He always jokes that Id have to leave my moms basement to actually stay in one of the hotels!! : - )

Best option out there

The priceline app offers what i would consider to be the strongest set of features for booking travel. I feel like I am consistently able to find the best deals with them

Easy to navigate, great deals

I like this app a lot; its my go to for booking & searching travel. ExpressDeals are great, always save on hotel bookings, and the new flights search is easy to navigate. Saved a lot on my last trip to Chicago.

Bad Experience

I booked several rooms at the hotel listed below. Payments made in full, credit card paid off. I go to check in the first room on 4/14-4/17 & there is no record of it. We have to go through 30+ mins of red tape because the Priceline/AGODA computer systems didnt do their job and schedule my reservations. I go to check in my 2nd room scheduled for 4/15-4/17 for a late check in and it was the same scenario all over again. I called Priceline and get sent to AGODA. The representative did not want to listen to me, was rude and did not want to handle this issue. She sent me back to "Priceline" so they could handle it which my call was hung up as soon as it was transferred, then I call Priceline back to be sent to AGODA all over again. This time the representative takes care of it and faxes over payment to the hotel only to have AGODAs credit card declined. I have to call Priceline back again the I am to be sent to AGODA to a 3rd representative and the lady finally fixed the issue to where I could get my customer in their rooms. I still have 2 rooms I need to check into today. AGODA tells me I need to call Priceline I call Priceline and the send me to AGODA. No help whatsoever ever the AGODA rep says its a Priceline issue. I spent over 2 hrs dealing with this. I need to get my customers into 2 other rooms today 4/16-4/17 and I get the run around. AGODA/Priceline did not try to make this right. I am a Priceline CC holder, and stock holder and at this point I am considering shredding up the CC, selling my stocks, and cancelling my rooms. I will not spend another 2 hours of my time to try to get checked into my rooms today. I book rooms often and use my CC weekly. I run a professional wrestling company and book celebrities often. Tonight I had a high profile celebrity scheduled to stay in the room. He was sadly disappointed as well at the service AGODA provided and said that he wouldnt ever book from Priceline after seeing this. From now on I will try a competitor and Priceline/AGODA will not get any more money from me. If I am treated this way, how many other customers are treated the same way? I hope others dont have to go through this like I did. The lady at the hotel did her best by going through the BS with me. She did well. Errors happen, but all one has in life is a first impression. I hope this reaches individuals who care and want to fix the problems and keep a loyal customer and stock holder. Sincerely Ticked Off Sent from my iPhone

Deceptive Advertising

Mobile app frequently crashes while booking, sending traveler to website, where app coupon codes dont work. Customer service claims it is an "inventory problem." It is actually deceptive advertising. Priceline, care to respond?

No place to add KTN

I really cant believe that there are no places to add a Known Traveler Number anywhere on the website or on this app in personal information

Misrepresented location of hotel

Horrible customer service from Hailey I chose the express deal for a specific city, and the hotel that popped up was not in the city at all. Hailey pretty much said too bad- so sad. No change or refund.

Customer service

Non existence customer service. At point of purchase, transaction rejected due to invalid card even though the card info IS valid, VISA confirmed there are no hold/limitations on card. Impossible to speak to an agent for resolution. PLUS- this is the second review because the first time I wrote a review, the whole thing. Disappeared because the nickname selected was already used. Rrrrrr I just want to buy a ticket.
