Dont use priceline. 100% trip protection and cancellation is not actually what you get. Very misleading. I will never use priceline again.

Absolute junk, hidden charges, they lie like the clintons and they just use agoda. So skip this bs and go agoda where you can cancel/change. Dont let these chumps screw you over. Delete any Priceline garbage.

I love Priceline for the single fact that they are not in sync with the other popular three services, which seemed to be owned by the same company, and do not provide real competition. Priceline has proven to me to be the best. The most streamlined and elegant of the apps. And sincerely the most convenient.

Priceline was always my favorite travel booking website and this app has almost the same features in it. Booking through it is even simpler that the website. I love it!!

Ive loved this app for years and found the Express Deals a hidden secret of hotel reservations. Unfortunately, I just spent the last 2 hours trying to reserve a room. The app declined two separate cards on 3 occasions (including one with Apple Pay). It didnt indicate that the cards were declined, so I tried online and succeeded in my reservation. Later, I discovered that the 3 previous authorizations had gone through on my cards—tying up over $1500 for days. Customer service was responsive but not helpful in immediately resolving the issue. So beware—if you make a reservation with a credit card and it doesnt go through, check your bank account before you try again. Hopefully this is just a momentary glitch—because the app is such a better buying experience versus the messiness of the website.

Booked a room at a hotel for the 24 th of April through Priceline. Checked email for confirmation number and there wasnt any. Kept saying payment prodding for 3 days. So I called them and they told me they did not have any info on my booking they couldnt find anything. I said ok and asked the woman I spoke to what happens. She told me nothing. They did not have anything booked for me and I wouldnt be charged. Ok so I booked a room and paid for it. Today the 29 th of April I was balancing my check book to find out that Priceline did bill me for a room they told me they did not bill me for. I called and talked to a couple people and the out come was this: To bad nothing we can do so now Im out 79.00 because of their mistake. Do not trust Priceline: They rip you off.

I did a price comparison to shop around. Same hotel and room... $108 per night with Hotwire.com... $141 per night with Priceline.com...

I booked a hotel at Lax that included airport parking. Upon checking in I was given the code for the parking garage and detailed instructions as to time and place for the shuttle the next morning. By chance I asked in the morning if the code would still be good in a week. I was told that only one night of parking was included and my car would be impounded if left. Since I had an international flight I had to scramble to find a parking garage. I related all of this to Priceline and was told that it was basically not their problem not even offering me some kind of credit. I will never use them again and strongly urge all to double check your bookings. This is the biggest scam ever!

Ok so I used to think I was getting thee best & lowest rates using Priceline,but I was soooo wrong!!! Since March 2nd, its now March 16th, Ive used Priceline to book a Hotel room for a week in San Diego, a rental car to drive up to Long Beach & a So-So hotel room in Long Beach. Now I paid about $631 for this soso hotel for one week. Finding out I need to stay longer, I asked the front desk how much for another week? Well he told me $460 for the week..... So why did I pay $171 extra?? He said "I dont know people book thru computer & not just call me, its that price always." When I called Pricelines cust serv to complain, they told me how they get their prices from negotiating the reservations based on the number of rooms available or a group price, blah blah blah. After losing my patients with her I asked to speak to a supervisor who still couldnt make me understand why I paid $171 more than the asking price... I thought I was using Priceline to get the lowest & best values?? Even after using the site 3x in 2 weeks time and spending if not, close to $1500, the only resolution was Priceline will make a note of this and learn so they can better help other customers...... Umm what about me? Arent I a customer, who has spent a lot of money in 2 weeks time, how come Im not getting any type of discount or resolution to the inflated price I paid for a crap hotel? Need less to say I do not recommend Priceline & will not bring using it again. Ill call the places directly!

After a friend of mine got into an accident we were forced to cancel our trip but we had done the name your own price tool and they can not be canceled but after calling and explaining the situation the agent was able to help me cancel and get my full refund from the hotel! I will continue to use Priceline!

I want to share with everyone the excellent customer experience I had, when using Price Line App, it is very easy and user friendly interface, very simple and honest without hidden costs or terms and conditions.

This app charged me twice for a room they could not confirm was available. Also other services like Hotwire have better pricing

Cant book what I want, finally my card is blocked because of multiple access tryes(

Went to purchase an express deal and after hitting "book" says an error occurred. Supposedly the deal was no longer available. A week later I went to check and the deal is still there so I try to book again. Still error.

I use this website for many years and I recommend to my family and friends always they give me a good price for flight and I love that Im go to PR 2and 3 times a years and thats awesome definitive I recommend
