Priceline - Hotel, Car, Flight App Reviews

It added a confirmation message in my Apple wallet, next to where my credit card and boarding passes are located. But it is impossible to delete them. Ive tried everything. Apple told me to format my phone and reboot it from a backup... Also. The hotel I booked through Priceline that night had no record of my reservation and was over booked. I was stuck at 10:30 at night trying to find a new hotel that had rooms. Ive had problems before with Priceline but that was the last straw.

Awesome app

I wanted to use this app to quick reference the trip I just booked online. I logged into the app and it knows nothing of the trip. I put in the trip number from the email received. Now it leaves the app to have me log in again via web server. Then why do I need this app? Its 2016, no excuse for an app to be this bad.

I will never use priceline again i book a room using a prepaid card. Went to check in for the night and hotel would not honor my reservation they wanted a major credit for a deposit which i didnt have. They wouldnt take cash. And they were totally rude, priceline cancelled my resv. And stated a 5-7 day return on my funds. So there i was Six hour drive away from home left with no cash and no place to stay except my car for the night. Never again will i use this app to book a stay anywhere. They should be reported to the BBB. I think their a joke!!

The app is decent for looking up flights and flight packages, however, it can be improved by incorporating the name your own price option into the app

By far the best travel app. Great deals whenever and wherever I need a hotel. Quick and easy to book. Also great for when you need to find cheap flight home or reserve a rental car at the airport. Have been a loyal customer for years and never had problems. Works great every time.

The express deal is miss-advertising. They do not give you the star level for your deal.

Stinks, reservations dont show in app, even if you type them in and try to manually find them

Occasionally it freezes but never fails to find what I need.

When buying an express deal, it doesnt say which hotels Ive already been to.

Was charged $50+ in hidden charges not listed in their app so beware youve been warned

I stay in hotels very frequently for my job and this is my first time using Priceline. This is also definitely the last time i will use Priceline as well. I booked a 5 night stay and saved maybe $5-$10 dollars a night by using priceline. My job called the first night I am here saying my itinerary has changed and im needed across the state. However my only option using Priceline is to leave check out 4 days early and receive no discount or money back. a $500 night at a 2.5 star La Quinta?????? :&$/-- never using priceline again. Sticking with Hotels Tonight or anyone else.

I clicked on 3 hotels which came up in my search. All 3 warned me that the price had gone up between the time I searched and the time I clicked on the hotel to choose it...just a matter of seconds. I may have believed that of 1 choice but its obviously a sales ploy to get more money when 3 out of 3 had the same issue. For that reason I choose not to purchase through Priceline. I will book my hotel through another site.
